In fact, our safety procedures are so stringent that the Canadian Hotel Association have shared them with other independent hotels as a best practice example. For now, we have closed some of our amenities to help keep you safe: we’re not currently offering breakfast, and we’ve closed our fitness rooms and our shuttle.

Please note that as per the BC Provincial Health Officer’s orders, all Accent Inns guests, staff and visitors are required to wear face masks while in our lobby and other public areas.
Exterior corridors and the ability to offer curbside check-in means that you can park and go straight to your room without having to enter common areas. Our hotels are only three stories so you can take the stairs and avoid elevators.
This also makes it easy and convenient to order groceries, supplies or meals for contactless delivery while staying with us. They can drop off your order right at your door!
Each room is equipped with its own personal air conditioning and heating unit. This means that pollutants do not travel through the hotel from room to room like you might see in other buildings with a central system. You can keep your room as toasty or as cool as you want and you don’t need to worry about germs pumping in!
We have rigorous disinfectant, sanitizing and cleaning protocols for every touchpoint on our property. This includes back of house areas. Our housekeeping teams use hospital grade sanitizer in all rooms. For your protection and ours, we will not be entering your room for cleaning during your stay with us at this time.
We know that plans can’t be set in stone these days. Accent Inns has a flexible and understanding policy so you don’t have to worry about your reservation with us.

won’t give it away if you come in later than expected, as we understand that travel can be complicated right now.
