Sure, we thought about coming up with a new and exciting name for our blog: Ol’ Bloggy Blog.
The Duck Stops Here. Kevin.
But at the end of the day, our Google experts said that if people are looking for our blog, they aren’t going to search “The Duck Stops Here”. Or sadly, “Kevin”.
So, welcome to the Accent Inns Blog, where we’ll post stories about what’s going on in our hotels, at our locations, and more.
(By the way, if you do come up with a great name for the blog, let us know—and then we’ll let our experts know, who will let Google and Bing and all the other search engines know. You know?)
November 15th is National Philanthropy Day (NPD) – a day to celebrate and recognize those who contribute to good causes and make this world a better place. This day has been celebrated worldwide since 1986, but it only became officially designated by the Canadian government on November 5, 2012.
Generally, we like to keep the Accent Inn blog informative, light and humorous. Remembrance Day and war are not light topics. Many of us have lost family & friends in conflicts we asked Mike to offer his reflections on what remembrance meant to him.
Accent Inns has been a proud supporter of the Royal Canadian Legion for many years and guests can always donate and get their poppy at any of the hotel locations in Victoria, Richmond, Burnaby, Kamloops, Kelowna.
After hearing about the Family Support Institute of BC all month, you may be wondering how to get FSIBC to support families in your community.
